About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team at Migraine Free. In this high-impact role, you will play a key part in delivering cutting-edge, patient-centered migraine care, helping people regain control over their lives. As part of our approach to migraine management, you'll leverage the latest in evidence-based treatments and digital health solutions to provide accessible, effective, and personalized care.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive virtual and in-person migraine care, including but not limited to:
- Patient Consultation & Care: Conduct telehealth and in-person visits, assessing patients’ migraine history, symptoms, and treatment responses to develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Prescribing & Treatment Optimization: Manage acute and preventive migraine treatments, prescribing medications, lifestyle modifications, and adjunct therapies to maximize patient outcomes.
- Patient Education & Support: Empower patients with clear, actionable strategies to manage their migraines, providing education on triggers, lifestyle interventions, and the latest treatment advancements.
- Innovation & Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on the latest migraine research and emerging treatments to continuously improve care strategies and help shape the future of migraine management.
- Efficiency & Tech-Forward Care: Utilize our digital platform to streamline patient care, optimize workflows, and enhance access to treatment for those suffering from chronic migraines.
